While I think Miley Cyrus is great and about a beer away from becoming Lindsay Lohan, someone needs to give her a lesson on how to brush her mouth. See, after you brush your teeth, you should scrape your tongue and cheeks to keep from getting mossy. Seems no one taught Miley that lesson. Shame.
