Newly inaugurated President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama danced to Etta James' "At Last" at every one of their 10 inaugural balls in January. Michelle Obama's white chiffon gown was designed by Jason Wu, 26. The designer didn't know the new first lady would be wearing his creation until he watched the festivities on television.
