I have to admit that Heather Locklear has really managed to maintain herself well. Even if she has had plastic surgery, she doesn't look like a freak - at least most of the time. But check out this pic of a very swollen looking Heather. It seems she just got her face pumped full of something and the swelling has yet to go down. Yu-cky!
